Best Drama 2016

20:27:00 Author nim 0 Comments

Hi there...
a few of my reader ask me to make some list of Best Drama 2016.
In my opinion, 2016 drama not as much as 2015 or 2017. But then I try to give my objective opinion as much as possible.
I think to put Moonlight Drawns by clouds and Ms. Temper. I have to oppose my subjective point of view because I like Lee Yoo Won, but her drama is kind of bored (sorry to say), talking about Moonlight Drawns by Clouds I didn't put them in my list because the story is just too common --sorry to say (again)--- hahaha I don't say those drama are bad, maybe some of them are lose in battle premiere time, such as Please come back mister and Descendants of the Sun and Moonlight Drawns by Clouds and Scarlet Heart Ryeo. This is purely based on viewer point of view.

I put drama rate based on:
1. Story line
2. Core story (turn back point)
3. Genre
4. Casts
5. Soundtrack
6. Network Channel

So this is it, 15 best drama in 2016 begin....

So finally here is the best 4 drama CM (coated marshmallow) ver.

Ji Soo as Wang Jung, later Vice King Moonwon (14th prince)

Me:
This story is about palace, throne, greed, love, betrayal, all of most drama genre are in this drama. I like the plot of Moon Lovers.
Main cast no need to ask, they are fabulous lol, OST is the best OST from all 2016 drama. And also YG took part in this drama project. Although this ranked is below Moonlight Drawns by Clouds, this drama --Moon Lover-- stole viewer heart across the world (outside South Korea)
I think after I watched this drama, I see Ji Soo everywhere XDXD, the best portrays is Kang Ha Neul, I never doubt his acting hahaha. Baek Hyun's acting is good enough, but Hong Jong Hyun is better.
Why I placed this drama on 4th, because the ending is just too sad. Even in chinese version, they meet in the future, but this it not for this drama, but that's the best, if Wang So and Hae Soo meet again in the future it will be a bit awkward, so just let it ends as it is.

3. The K2

Main Cast
Ji Chang Wook as Kim Je Ha (K2)
Song Yoon Ah as Choi Yoo Jin
Im Yoon Ah as Go Anna
Jo Sung Ha as Jang Se Joon

Me:
Hmm.... bodyguard drama always catch my eyes to watch. This drama (K2) got appraisal from the viewer. I love thriler, crime, action drama, and the K2 is one of my favourite.
The OST is pretty good, but the best OST is the various artist part. I never find best BGM like The K2 drama, I only like 2 last part of single OST.
Ji Chang Wook... no wonder he is such a thriller action specialist hahahaha, most of his drama are contain fighting, even at the 7th first kiss (lotte duty free).
For the heroine, I like Song Yoon Ah's acting than Im Yoon Ah's one,  I think her acting is worse not really good, but better in this drama, I don't like her acting. I'd better watched Im Yoon Ah singing than acting (sorry SNSD fans)

Park Hoon as Sergeant Choi Woo Geun (Snoppy)
Choi Woong as Staff Sergeant Gong Chul Ho (Harry Potter)
Ahn Bo Hyun as Sergeant Im Kwang Nam (Piccolo)
Kim Min Suk as Private Kim Ki Bum

Me:
Yeahp the 2nd best is Captain Yoo and his fellows !!
This drama is really something, it got peak viewer throughout Asia (I think), some news said that Song Joong Ki deal this drama when he still at millitary service.
This drama is post production drama, and some people didn't have high expectation, but reality said different. This drama become the most popular drama in 2016 beats You Who Come from The Stars and The Heirs.
My fav Alpha team is piccolo lol. Kim Ji Woon acting is good, she can portrayed Lieutenant Yoo Myung Joo well, really different when she was in The Heirs as Yoo Rachel.
This drama can be says as the breakthrough for Song Joong Ki after he finished his military service enlistment.
OST is good, all of soundtrack is ears friendly, is this only me or not. OST drama which sang by Chen Exo is always easy listening, isn't it?

 1. W (Two World)

Main Cast
Lee Jong Suk as Kang Chul
Han Hyo Joo as Oh Yun Yoo

Me:
Yes, it's hard to choose between W and Descendants of the Suns, really hard lol
So I decided to choose W as my best drama 2016 even Descendants of the Sun got a lot of attention, but W is my favourite one.
The story line is interesting, we will follow the story line curiously, this drama let us thinking and notice where is the real world and where is the webtoon worlds.
The cast, I love it. The OST, Descendants of the Sun and Moon Lovers still the best (not because there are chen exo lol)
Compare from each episode W and Descendant of the sun got almost same point.

Finally.... I am done, those who curious, please watch this drama ~
My opinion is purely from viewer point of view, no offense. All picture credit to its owner.
