Park Se Young played as Princess No Gook (later Queen In Deok) on SBS drama, Faith.

This drama aired from 13 August 2013 to 30 October 2013, starring : Lee Min Ho, Kim He Sun, Yoo Oh Sung, Lee Philip, Ryu Duk Hwan as King Gong Min and Park Se Young.

This drama shows the romance between a warrior from the ancient times and a female doctor from the modern times, their love transcending time and space.

It will also tell the story about the process of making a true king. Yoo Eun Soo is a 33-year old plastic surgeon in the year 2012.

This drama also showed Queen In Deok, helping her husband King Gong Min to be a wise King or goryeo.

I give her score 6,5 for her acting in this drama.

Number 5 is for Park Ha Sun.

For you who didn't know who is Park Ha Sun you have to watch 3 Days (starring Park Yoochun), Two Weeks (Starring Lee Joon Ki) and currently airing drama 'Drinking Solo'

Park Ha Sun got Queen In Hyeon role on MBC drama titled 'Dong Yi'

This drama aired from 22 March 2010 to 12 October 2010.

This drama starring: Han Hyo Joo as Dong Yi (Later Choi Sook Bin), Ji Jin Hee as King Sook Jong and Lee So Yeon as Jang Hee Bin / Jang Ok Jung.
Dong Yi is quiet long drama, but it's worth to watch until 60 eps. Park Ha Sun acting is very good along side with Han Hyo Joo

Number 4 is for Han Hyo Joo.
Starring in most anticipated drama in 2016, 'W' with Lee Jong Suk.

Han Hyo Joo also portrayed Dong Yi on MBC drama (aired 22 March 2010 to 12 October 2010) and got 60 episode.

Set during the reign of King Sukjong in the Joseon dynasty, the story focuses on Dong Yi, a water maid who gains the trust of Queen Inhyeon and later the favour of the king when he is moved by her prayers for the health of the Queen during the court disputes caused by Jang Hee Bin.

Dong Yi becomes a concubine with the rank of sook-bin and bears a son who will later become the 21st king of Joseon, Yeongjo.

Dong Yi starring Ji Jin Hee, Lee So Yeon, Park Ha Sun and Han Hyo Joo as the lead role.

Once you watched dong yi, I recommended you have to watch Jang Ok Jung living in love. You will see both drama in different pont of view, and it's quiet interesting.

Also I placed Kim Tae Hee at number 3 for portraying Jang Ok Jung.
Jang Ok Jung, Living in Love aired on 8 April 2013 to 25 June 2013, an SBS drama and got 24 episodes.
Jang Ok Jung Living in Love starring Kim Tae Hee, Yoo Ah in, Hoo Soo Hyun, Jae Jee, Lee Sang Yeob and many more.
Jang Ok Jung, Living in Love  tells the story of Jang Ok Jung, known as Lady Jang Hee Bin, one of Korea’s best known royal concubines of the Joseon Dynasty and famous for her hunger for power and ruthless plotting. However, this drama will tell a completely new interpretation of the infamous royal concubine Lady Jang Hee Bin and show the story before she became concubine and how her involvement as a fashion designer and cosmetics-maker during that era. This drama will also highlight the love story between Jang Ok Jung and King Sook Jong

It's difficult if I have to choose Queen Seon Deok or Empress Ki, and finally I have to decide Lee Yo Won is number 2 for portraying The Great Queen Seon Deok.
She got a lot of awards from this MBC drama.
Queen Seon Deok aired 25 May 2009 to 22 December 2009, and it has 62 episodes, starring Lee Yo Won, Kim Nam Gil, Ko Hyun Jung, Park Ye Jin, Yoo Seung Hoo, etc

Deokman was born a twin but was sent to a place far away by her father, King Jinpyung in order to protect her from the royal court lady, Mishil who tries to snatch away the throne from the royal successor. Deokman was later brought back to the Silla palace, where she joined forces with her twin sister Princess Chunmyung to oppose Mishil. However, Mishil devised sinister plans to have the two Silla princesses exiled from the kingdom, and in a secretive battle, Princess Chunmyung was accidentally killed. But Princess Deokman shrewdly enlisted the help of General Kim Yusin and eliminated her archenemy Mishil. She then became Queen Seon Deok, the first female ruler of the Silla kingdom. This drama is about a story of a beautiful queen, who has to give up her love to save the people and thus, leaving behind many brilliant achievements.
This drama is worth to watch.

 And here is the number 1, the best queen on Korean saegeuk drama. It's Empress Ki.

Why I choose this drama, because the story is focused on Empress Ki. I think Ha Ji Won portrayed Empress Ki perfectly.
Empress Ki tells about A romance historic drama depicting the love and battle of a woman from Goryeo who becomes a powerful Empress of the Yuan Empire.

She can show what does it feels become court lady, with full of grieve and become fierce  queen who helps her husband in strategy of war.

I think it's an epic saeguk drama. And still the best until 2016.
Empress Ki have 51 episodes and it was aired on 28 October 2013 to 29 April 2014 on MBC.

Empress Ki starring so many hallyu stars, such as Ha Ji Won as Ki Seung Nyang (later Empress Ki), Joo Jin Mo, Ji Chang Wook, Baek Jin Hee, Jin Yi Han, etc. The OST is also nice to listen. That's why I choose Ha Ji Won from Empress Ki as number 1 from all the queens. Congrats Ji Won unnie <3
